Favourable location perfect right in the middle of everything, and the rooms were brand-new and huge. Its bathroom was best. The staff were REALLY HELPFUL and excellent all the time. Location: the hotel was near Colonial Pancake House and Colonial Williamsburg visitor center and all 3 historic areas.

Place was fairly clean, everything was perfectly fine. The rooms were great-sized and huge, they come with the bathroom, a full kitchen plus full size refrigerator.

Huge room with a comfortable bed and a fine internet. A wide array of options, excellent food. Easy check-in, efficient employees.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating in case of questions. Besides, the location was marvellous and absolutely perfect for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Powell House. Was in a great area and right at eateries and restaurants.

The room we had included a kitchenette area and a new carpet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the stuff where wonderful.

breakfast area did not have enough seats available and it appeared that there were seats in an upper area that were kept closed off. we had to eat in the lobby rather than at a table.

The spa/hot tub wasn't working, with the cooler weather and all walking around, would have been nice to get in it. Need to look into getting it fixed.

It was a reasonably priced and great hotel in an impressive area, very close to the Williamsburg attractions, the outlet, and restaurants and Colonial Pancake House. The workers were very friendly. Booked a room for good quality. Central location was a plus.
